    Ohio collecting judgement
    Hello,
I sue my ex for past bills and won a judgement. I have been unable to collect any of the money due. How do I go about getting my money?

This is the catch 22 of judgements. Getting the judgement is generally easy, collecting is the hard part.

First see if the court will require him to fill out a statement of assets. Do you know where he works, banks? You can get the court to issue a garnishment order.

What ScottGem said or you can hire an attorney but it can get costly, I am a judgement recovery specialist and I could also help.
    Thanks

You can file a garnishment, like Scott said. If they have nothing to garnish, turn it over to a collection agency.
