    Can I still claim
I believe that my boyfriends mother has claimed my whole family ( Her Son, Me and our daughter), I know we will not see any of the money, nor has she provided half of our income. I am a full time student and David is unemployed but watches our daughter during the day. I do have Student loans and I receive GI Bill and that is our income. We only lived with her for six months, please heip me find out if she is receiving money from claiming us and if I can do anything (like claim my daughter) with my untaxable income.
Thank you for your time I know its kind of complicated =)

File a return, claiming your daughter as a dependent. If she has been claimed on another return, the IRS will deny your return at which point you show the IRS that she is your daughter and you support her.
