    Otic drops on rectum
So I have some prescription a/b otic drops for an ear infection (for pain) that I've gotten over. I was wondering if it would be harmful to use them on a torn rectum, or if it would even be to any avail. Thanks.

    Dear friend,
The antibiotic ear drops if you use it in the torn rectum it won't cause any side effects a s such.
The side effects of the antibiotic itself will be there if it is absorbed into the body.
The antibiotics don't have any much role in the management of pain.

    Dear friend,
The antibiotics relieve pain in the indirect way by killing bacteria & decreasing inflammation.
The pain killers whivh decrease inflammmation are used to relieve pain.
