Yes, most banks cross reference business accounts ( if sole owner) to the social security number unless you specificly tell them not to.
Remember a business account, unless it is a corporation but is merely a ownership type business, that is still your money and not protected.
So yes they can. If you have your business set up as a corporatoin, then it should be safe ( as long as you are not mixing your money)
