Practice, practice and more practice!
What I do to get my toe touch higher is really squeeze your leg and arm and stomach muscles. Also it helps if you lift your shoulders too.

Okay can someone help me... im thinkign about tryign out but I can't tumble.. I mena I have beautiful toetouches.. I can do a scorpion,scale,overstretch,pike jump and around the world.. but see I thought myselkf all these stunts and now its time to tumble and I'm hopeless... I can't even stick a handstand.. I have great back flex because I can do like 10 backbends in a row.. but I'm just I don't know I can't seem to get my legs up when I'm in the handstand and also I can't kickover froma backbend... im hopeless:(pleasee help
