    Sewer Service by the other party.
    CIVIL CASE

    Q1: Party's attorney committed sewer service, fraud, to meet a deadline. Posted on Clerk's Office stating "Affidt/Cert of Service" (with NO DOCUMENT that was filed for that day for the "affidt/Cert of Service") and I received no documents for that day also. What can we do next..

    I'm missing something here - what is sewer service? I serve papers, have employees serving papers, and this phrase is totally out of my league.

    Can you give some details so I can understand?

    Yeah, we need a little more detail... In fact, if you really want help, we need a LOT more detail. We actually need to know what the case is about and what you're trying to do. We need to know if you're the plaintiff or the defendant.
