Hello, I have some questions about the form I need to file for my tax return for 2007.
I entered the USA in June 2006 on J1 visa ( training programe for 18 months) I was on J1 status until October 2007, when I switch to H2B. So for 2007 I was on J1- January to October, and H2b October to December. (I am still in the USA under H2b). Please tell me which form do I need to file?
