    Taking child out of state
    My son and his wife just separated but not legally. His wife wants to move with their son out of state. Can she do that. We live in Wichita, Ks.

    He needs to go to family court and sign for a court order for custody issues before she goes doing something like this
    To help protect his rights somewhat.
