My kid has leukmia I have just found out I've not been aloud to her 4 4ys and the family will not let me near do I have rights please help thanks

Yes you do have rights as the father. However, what they are we can't tell without knowing more about the situation. Are you the legal father (name on birth certificate)? Were you married to the mother? Is there a court ordered custody and visitation arrangement in place? Do you pay child support? If you can answer these questions and tell us why you don't see the child, how old she is, etc. We may be able to help further.
