This movie is about two young people that meet at a dance held between there schools. One school is a girls school of convent of some sort and the other is a boys correctional school. The two main characters sneak away to meet each other but get caught. At the end they run away together to a mountain cabin and are tracked down and the cabin is burned. The jump hand in hand off a cliff into a raging river to finally excape.

This was a wonderful romantic movie I saw when I was younger mabey late 70's or early 80's and would really love to find it again
