    Is your probation DUI related?
Do you have any other priors?
Did you have N0 license or suspended license?

    Hello toad:

There's no way anybody could give you any estimates based upon what you've told us. There are MANY, MANY factors that go into that decision, and we don't know any of them.

In fact, your PO doesn't have to keep you in jail AT ALL while you're waiting for your violation hearing.

Here is some stuff on your states Prior Record Score.
I don't know how accurately they follow it but it covers minimum and maximum punishment.
My state doesn't seem to follow it cause of jail over crowding. The jails here have what I call
"a revolving door" cause they are in, out, in, out,

You would have to get your PRS from the probation officer and have him explain it to you.

Comparative Description - Florida's Criminal Punishment Code: A Comparative Assessment (FY 2002-2003)

Ex is right you most likely would not go to jail before the Judge hears your case.
If they were going to put you in jail prior, I think you would already been there.

Again it is hard to tell, first for driving without a license, I doubt you will be violated, but if you are, it can be anywhere from a few days to several weeks.
