There is no safe way to lose 20 pounds in 34 days, you should only lose around 3 pounds a week safely. If you have a thyroid problem, they can prescribe you medication to control the gland and the hormones/steroids.. but you may still have to exercise and eat a low-fat, lower-calorie diet.

You have to watch the foods your eating, and cut out any junk foods, like chips, cakes and cookies, and soda. Smaller portions of natural foods for a start. And what are you doing for exercise? Do you walk or jog, bike every day? The biggest thing you can do for yourself is exercise, skating or swimming or dancing, playing sports. But you have to exercise every day at least 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes up to 1 hour. Next is you can't lose that much weight in that amount of time, you have to work it off a little at a time, this way if you keep eating the right foods and exercise and stick to this plan you will lose weight and keep it off. Remember exercise, watch what your eating and how much and take small steps to accomplish your goals. This way you will be able to do it.
