Have you ever asked him if he has seen a doctor about this? How old is he?

I assume you mean stammers. These might help:

    Hey Yooz,
Does he seem like an overly anxious kind of person?
Does he only stammer with certain words or sounds? Is it always at the beginning of a sentence? Does it vary with his mood changes?

It can sometimes help to just slow down and relax before speaking. Just thinking a couple of seconds ahead can make it easier to have the sentence ready before it's said. Relaxation techniques and improving his overall confidence could be helpful too.

No he does it anytime not necessary in the starting of the sentence.. and I think it has no relation with his mood.. can any doctor help him out?

Maybe a counselor could help him out. I don't know that there's much a doctor could do.
