How can I keep my boyfriend from being deported?
Hi, my name is Brandy, my boyfriend is in jail for using two different names one was fake and the other one was his real name. He is suppose to be deported back to mexico. Can I get married to him to keep him from being deported and how do I go about doing that? How can I make him legal in the united states?

:( Sorry Brandy but it's not that easy, there's a process that takes up to 4 years to make illegal immigrants legal. I know you probably don't want to hear this but it's better that he's going back to Mexico, because while he's there he can fill out a visa form and come back legally. So that when he comes back all you have to do is marry him and wait for the forms to go through. If not he'd have to go back for 10 years before being accepted back into the U.S.

He got caught for doing something illegal. Now he has to pay the consequences. He will have to come back to this country legally.

He's an illegal immigrant and shouldn't be here unless he is legally here . I don't want to offend you OR him . But for real . Let him go back to mexico . When he is legal . Let him come back .

I am sorry but no, getting married does not give him any magic status, esp since he is here illegally. If and when he gets back to hier nation, he can request a visa to live here to get married,

No don't get married that makes it a worser chance of him getting his green card the only way he could be able to get is if the U.S decides to give it to him or if he has a family member that's a United States Citizen other than that their really is no other way of getting him a green card
