Did you have unprotected sex? If so, then you could be pregnant. Take a pregnancy test, they are fairly accurate and then you'll know for sure.

Lots of things can cause missed periods... stress, illness, diet, age, etc...

No way at all anyone can positively answer your question. MD's rely on pregnancy tests for a reason. Wish we could tell you a reliable answer, but its impossible.

Time and tests are your course of action.
