    Outside feet of acre
I need to know how many 30" steps are on one side of a 15 acre track. Figure it square and if you can give me some type formula I can use to put in different measurments for each side if I choose to make it a rectanglar. Thank you very much.

There are 43560 square feet in an acre. You have 15 acres so there are

15*43560=653400 square feet. Since it is square, each side will have length

    feet.

30 inches is 2.5 feet, so there are 808.33/2.5=323.33 steps

About 324 steps to round up or 323 to round down.

If you have a rectangular plot, then we'll have to know its dimensions.
