My husband was arrested and now none of the jails or highway patrol will help me find out what happened to him. I am very scared for we have a kid together he is an illigal and can be deported please help:(

When was he arrested ? Who arrested him? If the Fed Immigration people got him, he will be in federal detention most likely, You need to talk with the Immigation authorieis. And if he was deported ( but would be months most likely for hearings to take place) would he not call at least collect and let you know
