    Possible wisdom teeth removal alternative?
My wisdom teeth are about to come through and as there is no room my dentist told me I will definitely have to have them out. But in three of my existing molars, I have mercury fillings which I hate. I was wondering if it was possible, to have those molars removed instead of my wisdom teeth, therefore giving them the room to grow and then I won't have any fillings?

Why not just have the mercury fillings replaced with composite or gold? There is no guarantee that the wisdom teeth will move into the place these teeth already exist and you may have more problems than you want.

Just as flosssie told u can get your teeth filled ny posterior composites.. u can't make out between your teeth and filling then.. but if your filling is too bif then u may have to use some metal fillings... any way u can ask your dentist whether your wisdom teeth can be brought into the position of2nd molars.. sometimes it may be possible.. it depends on the position of 3 rdmolar within the bone..
