WHy does my right side (upper right quadrant) start hurting when I run or do my Zumba class? Is there anything I can do to help prevent that?
Do you stretch before you do Zamba classes? What is your age, weight and hight? What type of clothing are you wearing while doing these classes? Need more information. I hope we can help.Quote:
