How do I replace a passenger headlight on a 95 Honda Accord LX?
After buying the replacement bulb, reach in behind the headlamp housing where the bulb is burned out. Disconnect the electrical connector to that bulb. Turn the bulb to release it from the housing and set it aside. Open the package with the new bulb in it but don't touch the glass portion. Match the bulb with the old one, and if they are the same, install it into the housing and reconnect the connector. Turn the headlamps on to verify repair.
I hope this helps.

If access is limited, you may need to remove the coolant reservoir to gain access. Look for small bolts that fasten that tank to the fender/radiator core support. There may be two or three. You may not need to completely remove that from the vehicle in order to get a hand on the bulb.Quote:

The passenger low beam headlight bulb in a 95 Accord does not turn. It is held in by a black retaining ring. After you pull out the coolant overflow (it just pulls right out), you can see a ring with the words "open" and "close" on them. Turn that ring counter clockwise, in the direction of the arrow by open, a quarter turn. You should then be able to remove the bulb. You may have to jiggle it a little at the open position to get the bulb out.
Note, the driver's side bulb does turn and pull out.
