This is about my mother and her baby's father.
The baby's father told her that he hates her and he doesn't want to see her anymore. Of course this make her so sad, but he also told her that he is not going to give her any money for his child and he doesn't care if she goes to the court.

So she goes to court, gets a custody order, and a child support order.
She then garnishes his pay from where he works. Or if he does not pay, makes sure he loses his drivers license or even see he ends up in jail.

Agreed, she just needs to go to court, file for child support, and sue him for back payments if he doesn't pay, or get his bank accounts and wages garnished until he pays up.

Unless the baby's father is able and willing to go underground as to his location and earnings, what he wants doesn't matter. Your mom NEEDS to file for support payments. If she is receiving public assistance, then they will help her do this because they don't want to lose taxpayer money.
