I have been having mild headaches and been dizzy a couple of times. A few days ago I took a pregnancy test and it came up negative but yesterday I had menstrual cramps like I had during my period before I got pregnant but I never started to bleed. Today nothing, no cramps and no bleeding. I was wondering if there was a chance I was pregnant again that it could be too early for the test to show up anything?

My baby is now 9 1/2 weeks old and I have not started my period either. I am not breastfeeding, but my doctor did warn me that it could take some time before my period would start. If I were you I would wait a couple of weeks and retest, at least that way you know it's not too early and that the test should be accurate. IF you get another negative test and still have no started your period, then it's just not time for you to start it yet. It takes awhile for your body to go back to how it was before getting pregnant, period and all.
