It is a court order to take that person into custody over some civil issue.
In the attached writ, a fee deposit is normally paid to the court to cover service and to pay for anticipated cost of housing the person in jail.

The law (in Florida) states that if your payments are NOT current and if you do NOT appear at the scheduled status hearing (to determine why the payments are late and if you should be penalized) the Judge MAY issue an Order to Appear/Show Cause/Notice of Hearing which will be personally served on you. If you do NOT respond/appear in accordance with the Order/Notice then a Writ of Bodily Attachment is issued by the Judge and the Sheriff arrests you and delivers you to jail, I believe for contempt.

This means that you are going to be physically taken to jail as you did not show up in court as ordered. You will have to stay in jail until the Judge who issued this Writ of Bodily Attachment signs an Order releasing you after you testify at whatever court proceeding you did not originally attend.
