    Domestic partnership
What are the Arizona laws on domestic partnership? I see this question has been asked but I can not find the answer. If I own a home in a different part of the city but stay with a friend who is a female companion for 4 years does she have the right to my property or income? My mail goes to my house and not to hers. I am wanting to move on and further my business, as we are growing apart. A little bit of info ( we have a non-sexual relationship! She likes to tell her daughters otherwise. We have engaged in the past but that has changed out of respect of her religion. I feel like I am in a hole without a ladder. I respect her but I feel she is building up something in case I leave. Do I need to put everything in a trust to protect ? Or am I legally free from problems?. please help.

Was there any formal domestic partnership papers filed. Also the best I can tell, not only are there state ( maybe state) laws but there are various city laws on the issues.

The issues of division of property will be similar to that of a married couple in many states under these laws. You are correct I was limited in what I could find. You need a good domestic partnership attorney to advise you of your rights and alos obligations.
