Judgment on Student loan with Wells Fargo?
I have a judgment against my wife and me from an attorney representing Wells Fargo. They want me to fill out some questioner to tell them about our jobs etc. We filed for Bankruptcy and this was listed, but we are being told that this could not be discharged. What can they do to us? And what can we do to protect ourselves? We have 4 young children and can not afford to loose our pay. I live in PA if this helps with law issues. Thanks.

If this student loan was listed on our Bankruptcy and discharged by the courts. How can Wells Fargo say it can not bee discharged? What can I do?

The vast majority of student loans cannot be discharged in bankruptcy - I'm surprised your Attorney didn't tell you about this.

    Correct Answer.

Most Student Loans cannot be discharged.

If they already have a judgment, you have very few options other than to work out a
Payment plan, or face a multitude of other ways they can collect the judgment. Garnishment of wages, levy of bank accounts, levy of personal property to be sold at auction just to name a few.

What does you Bankruptcy Attorney have to say about this situation?
