Were ALL valves turned back on? Wonder if there is a protective cap left on?
Turn water off, disconnect supply line at sink, turn back on(Have something to catch water in), This will narrow down greatly.
HI LYN
He is probably not removing the aerator at the end of all faucet spouts before turning water on.
After installing a new faucet, debris in line gets caught in aerators if not removed and lines flushed before re-installing the aerators.
They should twist out by turning clockwise... then clear/wash clean, and re-install.
Also check flow of water without the aerator on... if good volume/pressure without aerator AND if you replace aerator and little pressure... you may need to replace the aerator (sold at any home supply store).
Start there, at aerators... then if that did not fix... continue working with Stratmando... see from there.
