Can anybody help I have a king charles he is 8 month old who has slept in a cage since we bought him at 8 weeks old for the last 3 weeks have had no sleep he just barks alnight until you get up and let him out then he is quiet but you have to stay up with him hope somebody can give me some ideas thanks

I think he is doing a good job of training you! :) Seriously, if you eventually give in and let him out of the crate he is actually being rewarded for continuous barking. Is there some place you can put the crate so he won't drive you crazy? Play with him really hard for an hour or so before bedtime so he is ready to rest. A radio might help keep him calm (Classical or Country is supposed to be more relaxing). If you can outlast him for a few nights he should give up the barking because it no longer gets him what he wants--Behavior that gets rewarded gets repeated.
