Technical writing of an introduction letter
    Good evening everyone,

I just found this site and am grateful to find someone that could help me to write an introduction letter from company to company, I work for a construction company as a marketing manager and need to write a concise and short letter to the point drawing the attention and marking points. As well as if anyone knows a site listing all architects and owner developers for the Mid-Atlantic region of the USA. Thanks for your help and please send letter samples if you have any.

We receive a lot of similar requests to help write marketing letters, but the problem remains for all of them that we don't know your business at all, but you do. Therefore, please write a first draft and we will tweak it, and then you can tweak our tweaks.

There is no site that will list all architects and owner-developers for the Mid-Atlantic region. It's just like with print references sources--those who want to be listed and maybe even pay for the listing will do so. Smaller companies or architects in business alone may not. I suggest you Google with good keywords and make a list, but also go to your local public library to check various business directories and the Thomas Register to add to your list. A reference librarian will be glad to show you where these books are. If it's a larger library, these may be in databases on a CD-ROM and can be printed out.
