    Joining Corian counter sections
I am a do it yourselfer and have joined seams of kitchen corian counter successfully, but the seams have a shadow line where the seam is. Moderate sanding has not removed the shadow. Any suggestions?

I think I know what you are speaking of by a shadow line. Do you do a light sanding of you cut surfaces and do you clean them well before joining. A light sanding, particularly of the top edge of the cut surface, will probably prevent the shadow line.

But wait, maybe Banjo3 will show up here, he's our new resident expert on solid surface counters.

Are we assuming that the colour of your glue is an exact match to your counter?
