How do I remove a levy on my bank accounts
I got a notice of levy on my bank accounts for child support. How do I remove it?

So, that's interesting, I guess you haven't been paying it and someone needs it. Where I come from I think errant dads who skip out on paying child support when they have been ordered to pay are called 'dead beat dads'. No offence of course if this doesn't apply to you.

You may get the levying party to release the levy if you make suitable arrangements to pay child support. In the meantime, deposit your money in another bank.

    1. Pay all that is owed
    2. prove you don't owe it
    3. prove it was already paid

Also find out the court action that caused it and go back to court and get it settled. This may or may not be an improper action and you need to find out.
