Mobile homes are supposed to be set level on there mounting pad. The furnaces are installed at the mobile home factory level. A out of level mobile can cause moisture/water problems with the high efficiency furnaces and there controls.
Before you spend any more money check the level of the furnace.

Its not a 90% furnace so being a little out of level will not effect it. Check to make sure the vent or fresh air intake is not restricted that is what can make or break a pressure switch.
Ttop I am glad you know those coleman numbers.I figured it had to be a 90% unit since it was 3 years old. I usually send them to a Mobile home site to get there questions answered. The mobile home site also has the parts and will ship them to the home owner. This is just for your future reference because parts for Mobile home units are hard to come by around here.
