Hi I have 2 gerbils and their water bottle just broke, their aren't any stores open so what can I find at home that I can put water in it for them to drink? Can I put for them water in a bowl but they would just burry the water with paper. So what can I do?

What do you feed them? Add some water to pellets or give them pieces of fruit or sprinkle a few drops of water on small pieces of vegetables. (We used to have gerbils but I can't remember if they are allowed to have fruit and vegetables. In other words, add drops of water to stuff they eat.)

I agree with wondergirl. Try rinsing a piece of lettuce and giving it to them.
