I am trying to install this ceilling fan, but I can not get the fan to bolt onto the mounting bracket. I'm not sure how to get the motor to attach to the bracket.

I'm sorry for your dilemma. Can you be a bit more specific about this?

Usually there are four bolts that are part of the mounting bracket. The fan motor slides on top of them and then there are four nuts that secure it.

Don't you love it when folks make the same post all over the internet and then forget, or ignore, where they posted.
I call them "One posters".

I've done it, I can't be too mad. I try to always turn on email notification so I don't forget.
