You need to get her to the vet. Cats are very quite about their pain.

I've been around cats all my life and have never experenced anything like this before.

I would be on the safe side and have a number for the vet posted on the refrigerator to call if needed. Maybe there might even be a pet-hotline around your area.

Good luck, and please let us know what happens - wish you all the best.

Definitely get her to the vet. If you are still feeling movement, that's good, but the babies may be in distress, one may be lodged in the birth canal and blocking delivery of the others. bushg is right, cats don't complain, and by the time they do it may be too late.

I am having the same problem right now. I have called the vet and he advised me that it is rare but to keep a close eye on her. It is possible for her to have it in another day or so. If she becomes lethargic or develops a high fever call your vet right away. She may need a c-section to deliver the rest. If she does not have them with in 1-2 days call the vet . You should call the vet regardless. They may still want to examine her to make sure she is OK.

Honey, it has been 5 days now, since you posted.. please let us know how you all are. We cat lovers go through a lot with our pets and hurt when they hurt, just like with anyone else in our family.

I hope all went well, but if not, we are here to help you still.. OK?
