I really like this guy, and I think he really likes me back like I see him staring at me a lot, and when I'm with my friends and he's with his they keep turning around making it really obvious, he also asks about me to other people, my friends, his friends that don't even talk to me, and he's said nice things about me...
But he doesn't ever go up to tlk to me, he might say a few words but than he gets all shy and stuff. I really want something to happen, but I don't know... I'm positive he feels the same way..

If you want something go for it. Stop waiting around for everyone else to make something happen, take the initiative, make things happen yourself. You don't have to wait around for a guy to make the first move. Do it yourself

Do not have a friend ask him out for you. That is always a terrible idea. That says you have no confidence or self-esteem which equals major turn off and makes you look unbelievably lame. And stop letting him go through other people to find out about you. Talk to him yourself, get to know each other. Nothing will ever happen if you don't do anyhting yourselves. And since it sounds like he's shy you have to make the move if you want something.

Well, whatever. I don't agree with justcurious55 but if you do talk to him, don't come on to strong or you might scare him.

He'd be impressed if you made the first move and showed your confidence... maybe don't ask him out straight away, ask him on a date? That way you two can get to know each other better and you won't have all your friends around to embarrass you!
Don't get a friend to ask him for you... That's just showing cowardness and making him think you are too shy to ask. Show your confidence girl!

He is TOTALLY into you!! You should make the first move... but NOT too fast! Just start flirting with him often and then after about a week ask him out. If you ask him out too suddenly it might scare him off. Also, just have one of your friends talk with one of his and see what he says. That way you can be absolutely completely positive he is into you.
You sound like you are a great girl and any guy would be lucky to have you as a girlfriend!
