    Exchaingin probation for time
    I have 4 years of probation in Fl how much time would I be looking at if I can serve it in DOC,would a year and a day be an unreasonable expectation on my parrt.

    That's a question you need to ask the attorney who handled your case for you as each case is unique unto itself.

    If you have four years probation, you could get 4 years, since that is how it works, you get a year probation instead of prision time.
    Now depending on the state, and the crime, a year to two years actual jail time before you get out on parole ( and if you think probation is bad, wait to you see how the parole agents are. Probation officers are cats compared to the parole officers.
