I don't think a wrinkle cream will work about the only thing that will is dermabrasion kits that are out now and are quite good. I have used an apricot scrub (St. Ives) for years which is mildy exfoliating and at 65 not very many wrinkles, just laugh lines.

Anti-wrinkle creams can help reduce lines and wrinkles, but the creams are a temporary solution, and will not permanently remove wrinkles. Wrinkle creams are basically moisturizers that plumps up the wrinkles on your skin. If you're thinking of using an anti-wrinkles creams, look for one that contains ingredients such as Vitamin A, Vitamin C & E or Retinol. Alpha hydroxy acid creams also works great on wrinkles. It exfoliates that dead layers of skin, improving your skin's clarity and the appearance fine lines and wrinkles.
