    Fogot to file W2 with my state tax 2006!
    I didn't get my state tax refund for 2006.

    I am international student J1 visa who worked for 4 months in USA.

    Last year I filed wrong form, 140A.. and I should filed 140NR. And I realized that I also didn't file part of W2 with this form!

    Oh, I made so big mistakes... what should I do now? Please can you help me?

    Contact the state in question and ask what happened to your state tax refund. You can do this by email if necessary.
