I am looking in to start a small cleaning business and I was wondering how much it might cost to get licensed, bonded, and insured.

Are you sure that you need to be licensed and bonded where you will be doing the cleaning work? Around where I live and work, the only thing that you need is the liability insurance. Are you planning on having any employees? That can also make a difference with what type of coverage you have concerning insurance.
