What am I doing wrong.. she will ring the bell when I am around and she sees me with the leash... but whe n I am say in the laundry room or not looking at her she will just go on the floor and not ring the bell... How can I get her trained properly she is one year old... and yet to pick this up a cocker spaniel and is spayed.. we have hard wood floors that she does this on.
