How would I go about receiving the codes and regulations book and set up ourselves for an appeal. We have previouslly been denied twice and have no more chances of a request. Our only hope is this appeal process. I need a little help to make it, any help would be greatlly appreciated.:D

The information I accessed tells me it varies from state to state, so not knowing where you are located I can't be of much help.

If you will explain more what you want to appeal, and what it is you are requesting. Probation is decided by a board and in general it is their opinions, there is no way to force them to parole someone, There will be in writing in most states when you are first allowed a parole hearing at the time you are put into prison..
