I don't know what is going on
I had unprotected sex a little over three weeks ago. My period was due on feb 18th and came on Feb 21st. (I have never been late except when I was pregnant with my daughter and when I had my two previous miscarriages) When I started it started with a little bit of brown discharge, the next day I had severe pain and a lttle bit of bleeding, the coloration was a dark red with a brown tint but now clotting. After that I had 6 days of brown discharge or old blood but nothing red. I have been nausious, my breasts feel heavy and the outsides of them are tender to the touch, and headaches ona daily basis (the headaches are not piercing just a dull annoyance) Before my period I took 2 home pregnancy tests that came back possitive, 2 that came back negative and a blood test that came back nagative. What do you think it could be? Please help me.

At this point, I think it is time to visit your doctor. Typically a positive, is a positive. False positives are pretty rare, and are usually a product of miscarriage, rather then really having been a false result.(with a few exceptions such as certain medications etc) Its important to remember that every test, tests on a different level when it comes to detecting the hcg hormone. Some are more sensitive then others. Also depending on when you took the tests, your hcg levels would vary (for example, if you took a test with first morning urine, it would have a higher concentration of hcg, then if you were to take it during the day) Qualatative blood tests are not without a margin of error. They are more exact then hpts, BUT they only give negative or positive results, so if your hcg levels aren't high enough to register, you may be getting a false negative reading. It could just be an irregular period, but it could be pregnancy. I suggest you schedule a visit with your doctor asap. Good luck

I have seen the doc and she has no answers for me, She says that there is no other explanation other than pregnancy or miscarriage but she did an exam and says that my cervix is pink as can be and my uteris is tilted back. IF I am only a few days after implantation would my cervix have changed yet?

The reason your cervix changes colors , is from the increased blood flow. This is why if changes from pink to blueish purple. I am not sure if it would change that quickly, I don't think its an immediate change, I think it takes a few weeks. BUT that is just my GUESS, I don't know for sure on that. In this situation, I suggest you treat your body as if it were pregnant, since you don't know for sure and its better to be safe then sorry, and wait for your next expected period date. If it doesn't come, test again. If its still negatine, see your doc again, and see if they will perform a Quantative blood test on you. Most docs won't order this blood test until you have missed two periods, with no other answers in site. Good luck to you.
