I like this girl but I don't know if I should ask her out. Im a little overweight (5ft7 140 lbs) and she's really hot. Also, I don't think she really likes me. I know her pretty well, she's my neighbor, but it seems more of a just friends thing. I don't know, I don't want to lose her as a friend but I want to ask her out. Ps her parents are really strict and might not be so cool w/ her having a boyfriend

Maybe ask her out on a "friend" date? You know, just hang out, get some pizza, a funny movie (either at the theater or your house). No expectation at first that she will be your girlfriend

U can ask her out, it won't hurt any. And if you have such a strong friendship maybe she will adapt to likeing you too. I'm sorry if you don't undertand this...
