    Rmp meter is too low
I currently own a 99 Honda Civic LX and the rmp meter is too low how can I adjust it? I use to have a older car with a carburator and it had the screws that it was easy to adjust but with this car I've looked and I can't find it

    Thanks

    Idle speed is computer controlled.
The spec for you idle is 670 RPM at idle for manual transmission,
And 700 RPM for automatic trans, in neutral.
There is an adjustment, but only after other test have been done.
You need special tools and experience to do these adjustments.
