How to test a GFCI breaker?
I have reset the circuit breaker and the GFCI reset. What are the steps for testing the GFCI to determine if it is good or bad?

    That trip/reset is a test.
They have a little plug in tester with a button to test GFI's.
If you have a "Wiggy", you can plug one probe in the Hot, and 1 probe to ground and it should also trip, because the Hot drew more than the neutral.(The wiggy provided load on hot, but not neutral, creating an unbalanced load. Both need to draw equal current, if not something is leaking to ground.
