I wanted to ask this ?
I am 25 years old and I am paying childsupport but I don't get to see my son every time I find out where she lives she moves from there and I was wondering how do I sign my rights up to her because I don't want to pay child support for someone who I don't get to see and I can't afford a lawyer to help me I would like to see him but she won't let me see him I don't know where she is now I wish I can find her but I don't know how to find her

First, the Introductions forum (where you posted this) is only for introducing yourself to the forum not for asking questions. So your post was moved.

Second, There are loads of threads that ask this same question. If you had spent some time looking, you would have found your answer.

The bottomline here is no court is going to let you sign over your rights just to get out of child support. If you have court ordered visitation then go back to the court and ask them to find her in contempt of court for not allowing visitation.

OK, no you can not sign over your rights ( first if she will not let you) or if the judge will not let you. But even if you give up your rights, your child support will not stop anyway.

What you need to do is get a court order that she must notify you of any more and new address. Also make sure your custody agreements says she can not move out of the state that hurts your visits.
And lastely, to have her in contempt of court for not allowing you to visit
