    Letter to the court.
How should I start a letter for "motion the court for early termination of probation" and do I sent it to the Judge who sentence me or any Judge will do?

Well I would definitely send it to the judge that did the sentencing just to make sure it gets in the right hands. Although "motion the court for early termination of probation" really does sound great I didn't know that you could get an early termination of probation. I didn't even know that was possible but Yes I do think it sounds fine.

You don't send a letter, you file a motion with the clerk clerk to be heard before the judge for this motion. Normally it has to be the judge the sentenced you ( of that court if there are more than one sitting judge to that court

Go to Orange County Public Defender
They have what you're looking for..
My letter was addressed to; Honorable Judge of the Court
There are a list of about 10 specifically designed questions for the judge to read.
My letter was 6 pages long and everyone thought I was insane writing that much detail. Guess what? Who's off formal probation a year early? So writing this letter could make or break you. Get it right the 1st time.. Good luck!
