    Hurry
I advise you must go see a doctor for I think you have a STD. I think you should your parents know if needed. Do not be embarrassed about it. Delaying the treatment will complicate the matter.

You need to tell your parents ( or at least a parent) and see a doctor.
It is very possible that you have some infection.

Also even "if" it just goes away, it may well not be gone, but only causing more serious problems. Some things at times the redness or spots go away but other problems are causeing more damage.

    Have you been sexually active?

Even if no, it can be all sorts of things, if sexually active a whole new list comes to mind.

Tell someone and see a doctor,

Antonbub, you sound young so I'm not sure if you've had sexual contact with someone or not. Basically, without sexual contact (oral or genital), you can't catch a STD. There are small spots on the penis which are completely normal. I think it's probably some form of irritation, and because the penis skin is so sensitive, redness that follows irritation can last a long time. As for the discharge, it is normal and happens because of secretions form the glands that exist in this area. The way to get rid of it is to wash regularly. If there's anything you're concerned about tell your parents to take you to see a doctor to check it out for you.

Your welcome, Antonbub. Yes, it is possible for someone to get STD from oral sex. STD's can spread from the genital area to the mouth and from the mouth to the genital area. They are generally passed between people via body fluids or direct contact with skin or sores. Before you have oral sex or intercourse, talk to your partner about their sexual history, history of STD's and protection. However, what you've described is normal with young boys. But I still recommend that you go see a doctor for a check up. I understand that your nervous about telling your parents. Tell your mother that you've discovered spots on your penis and that you would like to see a doctor to be on the safe side. I'm sure your mother will express her concern and take you to see a doctor.

I'm circumsized so don't have this issue... but I recommend seeing a doctor when issues such as this come up... with possible STD's and other things its best to see a doctor sooner rather than later.
