    Troubleshooting Water Well Pressure/ Flow
I just bought a house and we are totally remodeling now I'm doing the plumbing we are going to have two full baths and 1 quarter bath/laundry.

My problem is that after I got the bath/laundry every thing seemed fine then I installed all new every thing in the bath hooked up the water and no water but in the bath/laundry I have water although the flow is low I do have water and everything is clear .

P.S I did replace the pressure tank

From your remark about the pressure tank, I assume you are on a well. What does your pressure gauge read at the tank? If it is normal (probably 30 to 50), then start working your way forward to the problem areas. Assuming everything was done properly, sounds like you have a blockage somewhere. First place to start is clean out the faucet screens and valves.

I checked everything you just mentioned I did have to clean and changed the filter but the pressure still not where it should be.

P.S. The pressure gauge is at 60 psi. the pump comes on at 40 .

My thinking is that at 60psi it should be real good pressure but it seems like there is only about 30 psi
