I have spots all over my face. How could I get rid of them?

You could use anti bacterial facial washes and medicated lotions for acne.

But from my experience, the only thing that worked for me was aspirin mask! Many people have tried this method and found it a success.
You get four uncoated aspirin tablets, dissolve them in a little water and them apply to your face. Leave on for 15-30 minutes. You could also mix other things into it like honey (to makes the mask stick) or even sour cream! Try it out and let me know how it goes for you? :)
